The Architecture Study Program was established on October 1, 1965 and became the forerunner to the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering based on the PTIP Ministerial Decree No. 248 / Sek / P.U / 1965 dated October 20, 1965.
At present, the Architecture Study Program is accredited 'A' based on the Decree of the National Higher Education Accreditation Agency (BAN-PT) Number 3548 / SK / BAN-PT / Akred / S / IX / 2019, valid for five years from 18 September 2019 to 18 September 2024 This is a real form of recognition of the quality of learning, resources, and facilities that are already owned. Alumni of the Architecture Study Program at the Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University, are well known and recognized as professional architects on a local, national and international scale.
Studio and Laboratory
The Architecture Study Program has 7 (seven) studios for learning activities and architectural design. Also available are the Design Laboratory, the Balinese Traditional Architecture Laboratory, the Building Technology Laboratory, and the Tri Matra Laboratory.
Traditional Balinese Architecture
The Architecture Study Program offers a unique study program based on cultural heritage, especially traditional Balinese architecture. Balinese architecture is an interesting topic of study and study due to the development of tourism and international interest in Balinese culture.
